Known Problems
To use the flashloader, the S08 microcontroller must have at least 1 Kbyte of RAM.
If you use a device with paged memory, such as the MC9S08QE128, you cannot set hardware breakpoints everywhere in flash memory. If you use the Small code model, you can only set hardware breakpoints in non-banked functions and in banked functions outside the first four 16-Kbyte flash pages. If you use the Banked code model, you can only set hardware breakpoints in banked functions, but not in non-banked functions. Software breakpoints are not affected and can be set anywhere in RAM.
