Miscellaneous
The BGND instruction is ignored, that is it is treated as a NOP. However, when the simulator encounters a BGND instruction, it will log the event in the Debug log window.
The STOP instruction is treated as a WAIT instruction, that is the simulator will repeteadly execute the instruction until an interrupt or reset occurs. It will then continue the normal execution. Whenever the simulator enters or leaves the STOP or WAIT mode it will log the event in the Debug log window. If a more specialized simulation of the STOP instruction is need, the C-SPY macro language can be used.
The BIH and BIL instructions need information about the IRQ pin status to be simulated correctly. In the simulator this is achieved by looking at the IRQF bit in the IRQSC SFR register. If the register is not available, IRQ is always considered to be zero. If a more specialized simulation is need the C-SPY macro language can be used.
